We promise that most non-custom items will be delivered within 7 days of business days in domestic USA and China.

The International Shipping during this time may 14 days~30days long.

 

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Customized jewelry, precious metal products, customized goods will be negotiated with the customer and the production will start after receiving the deposit, the delivery time will be negotiated with the customer.

 

If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver, the courier will rearrange delivery. You will be notified via the contact information provided during checkout for this purpose.
